We decided to enter the market at this critical juncture to create a difference and to restore the shaken customer confidence. We went through a tiring selection process of products & principals which took us months to physically test the shortlisted products and learn about principal’s reliability. It was decided to market only the tested products. There were disheartening moments when the customers treated us like the same old unreliable lot of suppliers. However, slowly but gradually we started educating the customers about our Core Values and the product reliability. Alhamdullilah, our product selection strategy coupled with professional dealings started breaking the ice. The Customers begin to accept us with pleasant surprises but still with a shred of doubt. However, our relentless struggle cleared the doubts and we started winning customer’s confidence. This positive attitude did pay off and we started gaining ground. We religiously believe in professional integrity, fulfillment of commitments, customer education & care and reliable after sale services. Now, we have a respectable customer base which is increasing every day. Reputed industry leaders like Style Textile, US Apparel, Punjab School, Treet Group, Merck Pharma, and many more groups are on our client list. One of our most important company assets is our reputation for ethical behavior, honesty and fair dealings. However, we know that reputation is a very fragile asset that can easily be destroyed by the actions or failures of one or more of us.
