Israintech launches Eye AI – Video Analytics: AI for existing CCTV with people counting, vehicle classification and zone alerts

Israintech Launches Eye AI: AI Video Analytics for CCTV in Pakistan

Lahore, Pakistan: Israintech (Isra Innovative Technologies) has launched Eye AI – Video Analytics, its own AI camera analytics platform, built for factories, warehouses, offices, campuses, hospitals, banks, societies and stores across Lahore and Pakistan.

Eye AI is the AI analytics layer Israintech adds on top of the CCTV networks we install. It turns everyday CCTV footage into a 24/7 analyst: every zone watched, every second logged. In most cases it runs on the cameras and NVR/DVR you already have.

After 16+ years and 700+ projects installing CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems across Lahore, Punjab and Pakistan, we built Eye AI to solve the problem we saw on almost every site: plenty of cameras, but nobody watching them.

Why Israintech Built Eye AI

  • Nobody can watch every screen. Guards can’t monitor 16, 32 or 64 cameras at once, especially at night.
  • Incidents are found too late. Footage is usually checked hours or days after something happens.
  • Searching recordings wastes hours. Finding one event means scrolling through hours of video.
  • Audits need proof. Export-facing manufacturers are asked who was on the floor, whether fire exits were clear and whether restricted zones were breached.

Eye AI answers all of these automatically, so businesses move from recording incidents to preventing them.

What Eye AI Does: The Core Analytics Engine

Every Eye AI deployment draws on the same core engine:

  • People & footfall counting: gate and line-crossing counts, in and out, per entrance and per hour
  • Loitering & unauthorized-zone detection: dwell time per zone
  • Vehicle counting & classification: vehicle vs. person vs. animal, by gate or lane
  • Restricted-zone access alerts: real-time alerts the moment someone enters a hazard area, machine zone, server room, vault or stockroom
  • Headcount & occupancy tracking: floor-by-floor and zone-by-zone presence counts
  • After-hours intrusion alerts: perimeters, boundary walls and buildings
  • Independent motion safety net for any missed detections
  • Compliance & audit-trail reporting: full event history, filterable, with CSV export and searchable incident clips

Note: Eye AI detects and counts vehicles. Number-plate reading (ANPR) is a separate capability we can scope on request; it isn’t production-ready yet.

Your footage never leaves your premises

Eye AI processes video on-site, on hardware kept at your premises. Footage and event data stay local and are never sent to the cloud, unless you choose to export a report.

Spotlight: Audit-Ready Records for Export Manufacturers

Social-compliance and safety audits ask the same questions every time: who was on the floor, was the fire exit clear, was the restricted zone breached, and for how long. Eye AI keeps the answers on file automatically, timestamped and exportable, built for Lahore’s export-facing textile and garment units:

  • Fire exit & walkway clearance log: a continuous record of obstruction and access-zone status, exportable per date range
  • Restricted-area access history: every entry into a hazard or machine zone, with duration and time of day
  • Shift headcount & occupancy record: floor-by-floor presence counts to cross-check against attendance registers

How an Eye AI Deployment Works: 7 Steps

Nothing is quoted or built blind. Every Eye AI deployment in Lahore or anywhere in Pakistan goes through the same seven steps:

  1. Site survey: our team visits your site and reviews your existing cameras, NVR/DVR and the areas you want watched.
  2. Requirement form: we capture every zone, alert type and reporting need directly from you.
  3. Solution proposal: a tailored solution mapped to your site.
  4. Your approval: you review and sign off on the scope before anything is built.
  5. Demo build: we build a working demo on your own cameras and footage, so you see it before committing.
  6. Final commercials: a one-time and monthly quote, scoped to what you saw.
  7. AI build, deployment & accuracy ramp-up: we deploy on-site, then spend 1–3 months teaching and tuning the AI against your real conditions for maximum accuracy.

Eye AI Pricing: Every Site Gets Its Own Quote

Eye AI isn’t sold off a price list. Every site is different: camera count, zone count, the analytics that matter and how long records need to be kept. A quote typically has two parts.

One-time project cost

  • Site survey and solution design
  • Zone and rule configuration, calibrated to your real layout
  • Integration with existing NVR/DVR feeds, and optionally ERP, access control or attendance systems
  • On-site processing appliance (purchased outright, or leased under the monthly plan)
  • Installation and commissioning
  • Staff training and handover

Monthly / annual running cost

  • Software and analytics licence, per camera or per site

Frequently Asked Questions About Eye AI

Do I need new cameras to use Eye AI?

In most cases, no. Eye AI connects to the CCTV and NVR/DVR system you already have, anywhere in Lahore or across Pakistan. Whether any camera needs to be added, repositioned or upgraded, and the exact accuracy you’ll get, is confirmed during the site survey.

Which industries is Eye AI built for?

Textile and garment manufacturing, industrial plants, warehousing and distribution, loading and logistics yards, retail and brand stores, corporate offices, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, banks, residential societies, hotels, construction sites and parking facilities.

Is my CCTV footage sent to the cloud?

No. Eye AI processes video on-site, on hardware kept at your premises. Footage and event data stay local unless you choose to export a report.

How much does Eye AI cost?

There’s no fixed package. Pricing depends on camera count, the number of zones being watched, and which analytics and retention period you need. We quote after a short discovery call or free site walkthrough.

Can Eye AI generate reports for a buyer or safety compliance audit?

Yes. Restricted-zone access history, fire-exit clearance logs and shift headcount records can be exported as a formatted report, built for social-compliance and safety audits.

Does Eye AI do people counting or footfall counting?

Yes. Gate and line-crossing counts double as people and footfall counting per entrance, per hour. It’s already running in retail stores and office buildings across our Lahore deployments.

Can Eye AI detect loitering or unauthorized zone entry?

Yes. Dwell-time and loitering detection per zone, combined with restricted-zone access alerts, flags both in real time. This is live today on textile floors, industrial plants, bank branches and gated communities.

Does Eye AI count or track vehicles?

Yes. Eye AI classifies and counts vehicle vs. person vs. animal traffic by gate or lane, used for warehouse dock counts, logistics-yard throughput and society gate logs. Number-plate reading (ANPR) is a separate capability we can scope on request; it isn’t production-ready yet.
